Electrical Services

  • Power and lighting systems maintenance
  • Fire alarm system maintenance
  • Emergency generator maintenance
  • Elevator maintenance

HVAC Services – Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning

  • HVAC system maintenance
  • Chiller maintenance
  • Boiler maintenance

Plumbing Services

  • Campus system maintenance: water, gas, storm, sanitary
  • Building systems maintenance: water supply, sanitary, hot water, gas
  • Water Leaks
  • Emergencies consist of: Busted water pipes, leaking pipes and overflowing toilets, backed up drains, etc.

Building Services (Custodial)

  • Responsibilities include building cleanliness, minor maintenance, waste and recycling, low-level light bulb replacement
  • Event Services coverage per scheduled event

Landscape and Grounds

  • Campus Grounds
  • Maintenance
  • Weed and Pest Control
  • Annual Plantings
  • Irrigation and Sprinkler System
  • Implementation of Integrated Pest Management Plan


  • Request to Reserve KSU Car or Van
  • Driver Qualification Compliance required to operate state vehicles
  • Repair and preventative maintenance of all KSU fleet vehicles and grounds equipment
  • Maintain records for BOR, EPA, and DOAS regulations requirements
  • Service and repairs of campus generators
  • Fuel card management
